Immersion courses are designed to offer personalized, dynamic experiences that help you progress at your own, natural learning pace.

Our Immersion method helps you learn to speak and understand another language through conversations, friendly interactions and being immersed in the culture. We offer a variety of interactive Immersion classes at our Omaha-based Spanish Language Immersion House or at your location. Courses are designed for businesses, groups, individuals and kids. Immersion Language Learning
Mariano Alarcon is an educator who desires to promote Spanish language learning through his unique immersion methods. He is the founder of Immersion Language Learning, an immersion language school that promotes easy, enjoyable, and effective Spanish learning. He has a passion for education and for the unity of different cultures through language learning.
Mariano Alarcon is a native of Mexico, where he taught both English and Spanish for three years at an Immersion Language School. He completed his Bachelor of Communication and Marketing Degree. He came to the United States in 2002 where he pursued his teaching and was a Spanish Teacher in the state of Nebraska for 12 years. During that time he achieved his Master of Education Degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He has experience teaching elementary, middle school, high school and university students, as well as adults.
Mariano’s extensive experience and study of teaching methods has led to the formation of his own immersion language program, Natural Language Approach Method.
His immersion techniques allow learning to happen naturally in an engaging environment where learning is effective. NO pure phrases and words memorization.
He offers Spanish immersion classes at affordable rates, with flexible hours, taught in group and private settings. His goal is to help others learn Spanish utilizing immersion techniques that promote real learning and the ability to speak the language well.

Our courses are divided into eight levels: Spanish 1-8.
Each Spanish Level takes 10 weeks to complete, and students have class once per week for 2 hours.
Our courses are taught completely in Spanish, even for very beginner students.
We use a combination of traditional language, story-telling, and immersion techniques combined, to form our “Natural Approach” to learning language and getting you to speak Spanish quickly!
All of our instructors are Native Spanish speakers, and are all trained by Mariano, our principal instructor.
Mariano developed our program and method. He is a certified teacher in Nebraska, and holds his Master of Education degree.

Private tutoring is scheduled on an individual basis. The pace of tutoring is faster and you canmake the transition into a regular class whenever you would like.
We recommend two hours of tutoring per week at a minimum to maintain an immersion pace of
learning.
GROUP CLASSES FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Our courses are divided into three main levels, Beginner Spanish One, Intermediate Spanish Two, and Advanced Spanish Three. Students spend two hours in class per week. Our courses are taught completely in Spanish, even for beginner students. We use a combination of traditional language learning, story-telling, and immersion techniques combined to form our “Natural Approach” to learning language and getting you to speak Spanish quickly!
ADVANTAGES
Class length can be personalized. You decide when, where and for how long you will meet.
Each class is open for a total of eight students to make sure that each student receives the attention and instruction needed to be successful.
Class times are flexible and can be scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening, ensuring that classes do not interrupt your normal business hours.
Classes can be held in our classroom space, or we come to your place of business for your convenience at no extra cost.
Family classes
Our family classes follow our “Natural Approach” to learning language and are taught completely in Spanish. We teach families Spanish much the same way that they learn their native languages, through song, dance, activities, play, and repetitive stories. Each class is open for up to 7 members.
The program we will take you through as a family depends somewhat on the ages of your children.
We utilize our family immersion program for younger children and parents.

NOTE: There is not a definite ending date for these classes. You only commit for one month at the time.
We can help you find other families who are interested in sharing a class with you. This way the cost of your class could be less.
